As a member of the Rackspace Experience Design team, our mission was to deliver Fanatical Support through every interaction our customers have with Rackspace — human and digital.
As a member of the governance team I worked across multiple product teams to consolidate and develop our design vocabulary through Helix. Helix is a cohesive, scalable design system that contributes to the RED mission through:
- The unification of Racker and customer control panels
- Delivery of a quality, consistent user experience
- Elimination/reduction of redundant work
- Improved velocity and predictability of production
